Recipe: Microwave Baked Potato with Mince

Serves 2.
Time: 15-20 mins.
Ingredients.
1 carrot
2 large potatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/4lb of mince
Coleslaw
Grated cheese
Salad leaves
Salt and pepper

Wash and scrub carrot.
Slice and dice.
Dice half clove of garlic.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add quarter pound of mince.
When it browns add the carrot and garlic.
Heat
