Premier League Sack Race

So who will be the first manager in the premier league to loose his job? Every year it seems that chairmen and fans run out of patience with their managers sooner and sooner. Sometimes after only a few games in charge, look at Ian Dowie at Charlton and a host of others.
Some bookmakers are taking bets already. You may think it’s an easy call but who would have bet that the first Premiership manager to be sacked in 07/08 would have be Jose Mourinho? Not me! SkyBet have five favourites: Alan Curbishley, Roy Hodgson, Gary Megson, Tony Mowbray and Tony Pulis. Strangly they have Luis Filipe Scolari, Martin O’Neill and Juande Ramos as least likely to be sacked, I would have had Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger and David Moyes in that bracket.
So there you go - who’d be a football manager? No thanks!
