5 Reasons why P!nk won’t come out in 2009
Tags: According to a poll on www.lesbilicious.co.uk, P!nk is the number one straight crush for UK lesbians. 31% of those who took part in the poll also said they expected P!nk to come out this year. Well, I have some news. She won’t and here’s why:
1. She’s not a lesbian.
Simple really. “I’m not gay so I guess I would not try a relationship with a woman. I didn’t say I haven’t experimented but I love men too much to make it a permanent thing.” When questioned by Q magazine back in 2004 she said: “Women like to talk about everything, way too much sh… If I was with a woman I’d be the guy in the relationship. Like, Come on, shut up!“.
2. She’s hates labels.
When Diva magazine asked her if she was bisexual or queer she told them that she didn’t believe in labels but does believe that everyone is trisexual. Hmmm…
3. She loves being a tease.
And we love her even more because of that. How else do you explain this:
4. She would have come out by now.
P!nk is brutally honest with her fans. She has no problem with how people perceive her. And If she did come out as a lesbian it wouldn’t affect her record sales.
5.She loves boy bits too much.
In an interview back in September she was asked what she missed most about her ex, Carey. Her answer? “I really loved my husband’s penis. It was really pretty.”
I rest my case.
(By the way, P!nk, if you’re reading this, feel free to prove me wrong. I’d only be too delighted.)

I’m with you on this. I think the UK gals polled are guilty of wishful thinking! Pink is direct and as you rightly say, being gay wouldn’t affect her record sales in the slightest. I really doubt she’ll come out in 2009 but if she does I think we should have a party!
She uses the fact everyone thinks she’s gay to sell records but expertly keeps telling the truth – that she’s straight. Excellent business strategy
You can be a dykon and still be straight, but Pink acts like she’d totally be up for anything, which is why she is has such a massive lesbian following, no?
Also, divorcing her husband and making out with a likeness of herself in her new video doesn’t exactly crush rumours. She knows what she’s doing, and she capitalises on the ambiguity surrounding her sexuality because it adds an air of mystique and excitement to her persona.
P!nk herself said she doesn’t like labels and that she is trisexual and since she is so honest, let’s just take what she says as the truth. Of course all the lesbians are hoping she comes out….she’s hot! P!nk is open minded and my opinion is she could fall in love with a man or a woman. I personally think she is so awesome that I can’t think of any man that would be good enough for her so of course I hope she just hasn’t met the right woman yet.
I can assure you that no lesbian would refer to a penis as “pretty.” We just don’t see it that way.
