French and Saunders have been cracking people up since 1978 when they met at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Thirty years. That’s longer than most marriages and longer than some of their fans have been on the earth. Separately they have also created some of the UK’s best television, with Dawn French in Murder Most Horrid and the hugely-popular Vicar of Dibley, and Jennifer Saunders giving birth to the monster that is Eddie Monsoon in Absolutely Fabulous.

As a team, however, it’s for their pop culture skits that they will be most remembered. So, to celebrate their retirement, the Gaelick team each chose their favourite. Let us know what your faves are…send linkies so we can all have a giggle.
