Lady Gaga hits Ireland
Jul 2nd, 2009 | By orange | Category: Music
The reigning first lady of pop, Lady Gaga is currently taking her particular brand of questionable attire and catchy á la mode synthesiser-driven Madonna/Gwen Stefani-esque vocals on tour. Since the runaway international success of dancefloor-filler “Just Dance” last summer, HRH Gaga has been churning out the happy hits (“Poker Face”,”Love Game”) from her early 2009 debut The Fame.
Last night (July 1st), she kicked off her first of three Irish dates in The Marquee in Cork and plays there again to another sell-out crowd tonight. On Sunday week (July 12th), she’ll be playing the Main Stage at Oxegen. If you’re grabbing your wellies and heading for Punchestown, don’t forget your (Poker)face wipes.

Tickets are still available for camping and single day admission to Oxegen from Ticketmaster’s website and ticket outlets nationwide.
