….they do it while wearing a sumo-wrestler outfit.

In court today was Sandra Talbot, accused of assaulting her ex-partner. Sounds anything but comical. However, it turns out that Sandra was with friends in The George at a fancy-dress party back in 2007. She was dressed in an inflatable sumo-wrestler outfit. Apparently she went nuts when her ex-partner, Adrienne Martin, tried to wave at a bloke dressed as a Snickers. She whacked Adrienne so badly that she was left with a lump on her head.

To add to her shame, when she was asked to leave, the Sandra had to deflate her costume to get out the door. There is no record of what Adrienne was wearing but I recommend a Xena outfit next time.

You couldn’t make this stuff up.

Sandra was found guilty and fined €400, advised to consult a gay man before dressing for any party and to stop being so full of hot air.
