FREE!! FREE!! RIP

The folks over at RIP have offered Gaelick readers an exclusive offer for their next event, which takes place on Friday the 23rd of July. They are giving Gaelick readers two entries for the price of one at the door.

To avail of this, you are just asked to comment on this post using a either a full name (or first name and last initial), by 3pm on Friday 23rd and you”ll be added to a Gaelick two-for-one list. When you show up to the venue, everyone in their group will get two for one entry, even with just one name on the list! The only conditions are that you must be there before midnight, and that your group all arrives together.

RIP – Rock. Indie. Pop, is a new alternative to the mainstream gay clubs.  Described as an occasional series for Rock chicks, Indie kids, and Pop tarts, there will be something for everything on the night. With DJs Seán John & Scarlett Nymph, and a live appearance from The Late Fragments, the music promises to be great. There’ll also be the usual RIP giveaways in the form of albums and concert tickets, and of course drinks promos like bottles of Sol for €3.50 and Vodka & Energy for €5

RIP is held in the Button Factory, which is on Curved Street in Temple Bar, Dublin 2. It used to be called Templebar Music Centre if you’re a traditionalist like me!

Admission is 10 euro or 8 euro with a concession.

RIP on the 23rd is Supporting BeLongTo Youth Services, so it’s for a good cause as well.

See you all there.

Why not add the next two outings of RIP to your calendars too? They take place on Friday 29th Oct and Friday 10th Dec!
