A Suppa Earl Gae

Morning Gaelickers! Thank crunchie its Friday. The head is not the best this morning after a lovely meal with mates last night and a few beverages. I thought I was bad until I saw the state of the better half. Needless to say she can stay in bed. Can I start with something really boring but if you were caught in any of those monsoon type showers during the week, it really is the only way to start the day. I am copying and pasting this directly from breakingnews.com Please take note of the word dry and the temperature.

Saturday
A dry day for most with lots of sunshine and just a little patchy fair weather cloud. There will be a gentle wind, varying in direction. Max temp 15-18°C (59-64°F).
Sunday
Largely dry with good sunny spells but cloud will spread into western areas during the afternoon. There will be a gentle variable wind. Warmer. Max temp 17-20°C (63-68°F).

Ladies, We Have a Problem

I wanted to love SlutWalks, the viral protest movement that began this spring after a Toronto police officer told a group of college women that if they hoped to escape sexual assault, they should avoid dressing like “sluts.” In angry response, young women (and men) have marched in more than 70 cities around the world, often dressed in bras, halter tops and garter belts.

The Gaze program is finally up Pretty sure there’s something for everyone in there. Gaelick will be doing a preview of the all movies of interest to us ladies.

This woman lives with 700 cats

Nat Geo WILD will air a special called “The Lady With 700 Cats” on July 30th — a Saturday night, because that’s prime TV-watching time for single people who own cats. The program is narrated by Jane Lynch and focuses on Lynea Lattanzio, who runs California’s largest cat sanctuary. From press materials:

That’s a wrap as the fella says, enjoy your weekend and hopefully the sunshine!
