I’ve had an idea. A Pride idea.

Since the Pride season is well under way, and will last until at least September, we want to hear from you.

Borrowing from the Dublin Pride theme – “Show your true colours” – we’re asking you to send us your photos of Pride flags.

These can be actual flags, or cars/people/accessories/pets (within reason) – or whatever Pride-themed, rainbow coloured objects that you spy. The more the merrier. (And if you can snap them near a local landmark, all the better!)

So, whether you’re in Bray or The Banner, Gweedore or Gorey, Coleraine or Crookhaven, Arklow or Achill – send them on in!

Get your pics to us by email (editorial@gaelick.com), via twitter (@gaelick), or tag us on Facebook – being sure to include the location and your name (or pseudonym if you prefer) so we can give you a shout-out!

We’ll then publish a regular post of the flags we get. Simples! Any questions, just give us a holler.

If all goes well, we can publish them all summer long, given the rolling Prides taking place across the country.
