There has been some confusion over the past 24 hours about the venue of the Dublin Pride Run. The good folks at Dublin Frontrunners who are doing the organising have confirmed that the venue has not changed, and the run will still take place in the Phoenix Park.
A meeting will take place in Dublin later this week to consider the challenges and opportunities facing women in sport in Ireland. The inaugural Dublin 5k Pride Run will take place on Friday 22nd June at 7.30pm in the Phoenix Park. The event is a summer fun run and everyone is welcome to participate. The run is in support of Headstrong: The National Centre for Youth Mental Health.
