Gay Prom will be taking place on Sunday 24th October in Radisson Blu Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8 which is a bank holiday weekend, so you have no excuses not to be there!

BeLonG To Website Launch

I attended in my professional capacity along with many other representatives of various LGBT and other youth interest groups from around Ireland. The launch was very well attended, and the Director of BeLonG To, Michael Barron, opened proceedings and launched the site….

Just writing the headline for this article makes my heart sink. It conjures up visions of kids and teens ignored, picked on and/or beaten up in that most tyrannical of places; school. What can be a more damning illustration of a society than young, terrified people getting no support from their elders?
