Lip Service Cancelled
There haven’t been that many TV shows based around a group of lesbians so we can’t be too picky with what we watch. However, Lip Service had some genuine potential in my book, I’m sorry to hear the BBC won’t be giving Sam, Tess and Lexy another run at it.
The Grove
Crystal Chappell is hard at work yet again bringing another webseries for us to enjoy. The time around she teams up with partner in crime Jessica Leccia to play a married Californian couple who live in a small town called The Grove.
Preview: Pretty Little Liars Season 3
I don’t mind admitting my total excitement at the imminent return of ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars. The season 2 finale was amazing and left a few more questions open. It’s such an atmospheric program and sucks you right in, June 5th is the date to put in your diaries.
C is for: Hitting the C note
It’s time to list off a few more women we admire, this time we are talknig about ladies whose names start with C. I’ve written about some musicians I know but would love to hear from you who I have left out.
Day time gets more bold and more beautiful
Now that the show’s star, Joanna Johnson, has come out publically, its time for her character to follow suit. Karen’s secret hit the small screen on May 17th as her daughter wanted to proudly introduce her boyfriend to her family
Álainn or Appallin’: Anna Skellern

L.A. GLAAD Awards 2012
GLAAD have been at it again, last weekend saw the L.A instalment of their annual trilogy of award shows. They always manage to pick the most deserving and this year has been no exception. Let April 21st 2012 be known as the “night of Chaz”.
Álainn or Appallin’: Ruby Rose
The endless queue of lovely ladies continues here on Gaelick, this time I bring you the multitalented and beautiful Ruby Rose. This model comes from down under (careful) and has more successful careers than I’ve had hot dinners.
Pretty Little Liars: Season 2
‘A’ is unmasked in the finale of season 2 but we are left with more questions. So who did you think ‘A’ was and what do you think is going to happen in season 3? Many more twists and turns for sure and we love it
Martina set to dance up a storm
If there is one thing Martina Navratilova does best (apart from Tennis of course) it’s fly the flag for lesbians with a great sense of dignity and fun. She is set to do it again as she takes part in season 14 of Dancing with the Stars.
Been there – worn the t-shirt
A Massachusetts high school student proudly going to school in a ‘All Cool Girls Are Lesbians’ shirt should not a controversy make. However in today’s society she is seen as political and heterophobic, give me a break
Pretty Little Liars: Season 1
When I was growing up I would have loved to have a character like Emily Fields in a show as addictive as Pretty Little Liars. As it turns out, you’re never to old to watch a really well written teen drama
Álainn or Appallin’: Melissa Etheridge
Icon is a word that is overused at times, but it fits Melissa Etheridge like a glove. Grammy winner, Oscar winner, mother, survivor, out and proud.

It’s that time of year again. GLAAD’s three annual award shows are on the horizon and the nominees are out. This year the class of nominee is wonderful, so who do we think should win and who’s been left out?
Review: Circumstance
Over the weekend I got to finally sit down and watch a film I have been really looking forward to, Circumstance. Not exactly traditional Christmas TV but well worth the wait. This film will move you deeply in a way few film do.
